Pre-alignment Measures for GPS Satellites Prior to All-in-View Weighting
In GPS time transfer, slight biases of a few nanoseconds typically exist between different GPS satellites. If unequal weighting strategies are employed, these biases can lead to variations that adversely affect the stability of the time transfer. In this study, we propose a pre-alignment process prior to the weighting step of the P3 code All-in-View (AV) method to mitigate the impact of the biases on time transfer results. Our findings indicate that the pre-alignment measures can improve the AV results of the TL-PTB link by approximately 50% in the short term.
