Screen-printed stretchable AgNWs flexible transducer for large curvature skin imaging
This work prepared a 64-element, new flexible stretchable ultrasonic transducer (FSUT) based on screen-printed silver nanowire (AgNWs) electrodes. The dice-filling technology was used to prepare high-performance 1-3 piezoelectric composite materials. The elastic substrate filled between the elements can adapt to the soft, elastic and variable curvature of human skin, and achieve conformal contact with large curvature human body surfaces. Center frequency and - 6dB bandwidth are approximately 5.3MHz and 66.47%, respectively. The axial and lateral resolutions obtained with the commercially available anechoic cyst phantom were approximately 0.31 mm and 0.46 mm, 0.34 mm and 0.84 mm, respectively, with a CNR of 2.63.
