INNOVATION MANAGEMENT IN THE SERVICE SECTOR

This article describes the concept of man-agement and its characteristic features, analyzes the significance of the main ele-ments of innovative management in the service sector. The authors explored the intersection of entrepreneurial initiatives and innovative solutions in strategic man-agement and identified the features of radi-cal innovation. The specifics of determining the goals of an enterprise when building an innovation strategy, taking into account the role of human resources, are revealed.
