METHOD OF ASSESSING THE INVESTMENT QUALITIES OF FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS

The article examines the essence and gen-eral features of financial investments that determine their investment qualities, the assessment of which depends on the as-sessment methodology used. The selection and formation of an investment portfolio is an individual process that depends on the financial goals, attitude to risk and knowledge of the investor. At the same time, there are methodological approaches to the analysis of markets and prices for financial instruments, the use of which is an important applied tool for the development of investment processes in general. A po-tential investor evaluates the investment qualities of financial investments using var-ious methods and approaches to analysis. The results of the analysis will be the in-vestment decision made. The practical sig-nificance of the methodology presented in the work lies in the fact that it can be used in the process of teaching the basics of financial literacy as part of the general edu-cational process in various areas of man-agement.
