The cubic structure of Li 3 As stabilized by pressure or configurational entropy <i>via</i> the solid solution Li 3 As–Li 2 Se

Cubic Li 3 As (Li 3 Bi structure type) can be synthesized under high-pressure conditions. The cubic structure of Li 3 As can also be stabilized in the solid solution Li 3 As–Li 2 Se via mechanochemical synthesis, resulting in enhanced lithium-ion conductivity.

Abstract

Cubic Li 3 As (Li 3 Bi structure type) can be synthesized under high-pressure conditions. The cubic structure of Li 3 As can also be stabilized in the solid solution Li 3 As–Li 2 Se via mechanochemical synthesis, resulting in enhanced lithium-ion conductivity.
