Consulting as an evolving tool for ensuring economic security of business entities

This article is devoted to the analysis of the use of consulting as a tool for ensuring economic security of business entities, revealing the essence of consulting not only as a managerial, but also as an economic evolving process. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that consulting, helping companies adapt to rapidly changing conditions, optimize their processes and achieve sustainable development, begins to play a more important role in the modern economy than just a management process. In the era of globalization and intensification of competition, when economic relations are becoming increasingly complex and multifaceted, high-quality consulting is becoming not just desirable, but a necessary condition for the success of any organization. In the article, the author analyzes the basic concepts and approaches to consulting activities, characterizes the modern model of consulting activities, describes the features of interaction between clients and consulting at present, and identifies current areas of modification of modern consulting. The researcher paid special attention to the fact that in modern conditions, consulting has acquired special significance as an integral element of effective management of an organization. A deep analysis of this phenomenon allows us to trace the significant evolution of consulting services, which have gone from simple forms of expert support to complex integrated solutions. The article examines the features of the transformation of consulting services: if earlier consulting was limited to diagnostic, expert and process models, today we are witnessing a qualitatively new level of consulting interaction. The modern approach is characterized by complexity and consistency, where the consultant and the client act as equal partners in solving business problems. Such a partnership allows achieving a synergistic effect, when the experience and expertise of the consultant are organically combined with the client's deep understanding of the specifics of his business. The result of the study was the author's conclusion that consulting has gone far beyond a purely management tool. Today it is a full-fledged economic process that has a transformative effect on all aspects of the organization's activities. Its impact covers the production and financial spheres, affects personnel management issues, extends to environmental and legal aspects of business. Such comprehensive nature of modern consulting makes it a powerful catalyst for organizational change and development.

Abstract

Its impact covers the production and financial spheres, affects personnel management issues, extends to environmental and legal aspects of business. Such comprehensive nature of modern consulting makes it a powerful catalyst for organizational change and development.
