Thinking on the digital transformation of human resource management

With the continuous development of science and technology, digital technology continues to penetrate and applied to various fields of people’s production and life. Whether the digital transformation of enterprises can become an important content for enterprises to face future competition and achieve their strategic goals. Human resource management is not only the core function of enterprise management, but also the key platform for enterprises to realize digital transformation. This paper preliminarily discusses the digital transformation of human resource management, and takes the digital transformation platform of human resource sharing service Center as an example to show one of the achievements of the current digital transformation of human resource management.
