Literature review of studies on blockchain enabling business data flow

The circulation of business data is the basis of the development of digital economy, and its value is created and increased in the circulation process. There are many relevant researches on data sharing in China, but they mainly focus on the sharing of government public data. Commercial data, as a major component of the data factor market, has a huge data volume and economic potential, and studying the circulation of domestic commercial data is of great significance to promote the development of the data factor market. From the perspective of data circulation, this paper analyzes the existing circulation mechanism of commercial data, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of blockchain technology and the adaptability of commercial data circulation, aiming to solve the problems of weak motivation, lack of trust, and difficult protection of the rights and interests of all parties in the transaction of data, so as to promote the faster development of corporate data circulation.
