Quotation of workplaces for disabled persons: 2024 novels

This article is dedicated to the one of the most socially important state support measure for disabled persons — quotation of workplaces for disabled. Issues concerning current legal regulation of quotation of workplaces for disabled as well as performance of the employer’s obligations to create and provide workplaces for disabled, grounds of employer’s liability in case of nonperformance, are under research in the article. Latest legislation update concerning the issue, including novels establishing new responsibility for the employers in case of nonfulfillment of quota, are analyzed by the authors.
