Simulation study of injection rate optimization in hybrid insulator injection molding process based on finite element analysis
Abstract To optimize the injection rate of hybrid insulators during the injection molding process, this paper constructs a common hybrid insulator injection simulation model based on Moldflow software and analyzes the distribution of stresses during the injection molding process of hybrid insulators under three injection rates of 40/50/60 (cm 3 /s). The results show that the filling effect is uniform at the injection rate of 50 cm 3 /s and the maximum filling pressure and clamping force peaks are the smallest, which are 54.53 MPa and 601.2 T, respectively.
