Green diplomacy through integrated environmental management of small islands in Bintan and Tanjung Pinang Riau Islands Province

Abstract Environmentally based management of island areas is part of forming national power, which is very important to support green diplomacy and an environmentally sound approach. Small islands and Outermost Small Islands (PPKT) in the waters surrounding Bintan and Tanjung Pinang, Riau Archipelago Province, have generally not been managed using an environmental approach, which has prevented them from functioning optimally as national assets. This research aims to explain the importance of managing Small Islands and PPKT in Bintan and Tanjung Pinang and their contribution to the practice of green diplomacy.
