The Children's Right to Biosecurity: Relevant Issues of Legal Regulation and Exercising
In the framework of the conducted research, the focus is on considering the right of children to biosafety through the prism of legal regulation and implementation. The right to biological safety, in our opinion, is attributed to the right of a new, fourth generation with a mixed legal nature. The authors emphasize that the concepts of environmental and biological safety should not be identified due to the fact that their objects are different. In the course of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to introduce legal certainty into the concept and content of children's right to biosafety.
