Relevant Issues of Arrangement of Court Activities in the Contemporary Conditions

In order to strengthen the independence of judges, the article proposes to eliminate the position of the chairman of the district court, since his status does not carry a procedural burden, replacing his position with the administrator of the court. It is also proposed to transfer judges from one area of activity to another only on a personal application, which will comply with labor legislation. It is proposed at the legislative level to solve the problems of conflict of interests between close relatives when appointing judges.
