The Current State of Research on the Development of "Dual-Teacher" Teaching Teams for Intelligent Construction under the Background of New Business Models in Architecture

To promote the high-quality development of vocational education and meet the demand for skilled technical talent in the new era, there is an urgent need to build a high-level "dualteacher" faculty team. The "dual-teacher" teams for intelligent construction face difficulties in areas such as standard development, talent recruitment, training, and incentives, which have become the main factors restricting the construction of highquality "dual-teacher" teams for intelligent construction in vocational colleges. This paper focuses on the construction of "dual-teacher" teaching teams for intelligent construction in the context of new business models in architecture. By reviewing relevant domestic and international literature, it presents the current status of "dualteacher" teaching teams for intelligent construction, explores the shortcomings in their development, and proposes corresponding development strategies. This paper aims to provide a reference for the construction of "dual-teacher" teaching teams
