With the help of the Web of Science database, researches on the psychological aspects of behavioral disorders in management was examined on a global scale. The bibliometric analysis method applied to the obtained data using R and R Studio software. Research on the psychological aspects of conduct disorder in management; was studied from 1994-2023 and observed that there are 229 sources in total. The annual growth rate of research is 2.42%. Research on the subject reached its maximum levels in 2020, and citations in 2002.
