Modern neologisms of foreign origin in the Russian language picture of the world (based on materials from media outlets)

The paper presents modern neologisms of foreign origin in the Russian language  picture of the world such as абьюзер "abuser", бодишеймер "body shamer", буллинг "bullying", and so forth. It analyses factors facilitating the use of the lexemes, noting that the model is productive. The paper says that neologisms of foreign origin play the same role in the mass media as in the language in general. They denote new phenomena, things, and events. The conclusion is that the derivational practice of the mass media allow  to develop types of production of neologisms with simple morphological structures, being varied in their semantics.
