Analysis of Accessibility Evaluation Indicators for Exhibition Halls for Lower Limb Disabled Persons

This study conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the accessibility and friendliness of exhibition halls for lower limb disabled persons, aiming to establish a scientific and effective indicator system to assess the degree of accessibility for this specific group. The study designs detailed evaluation indicators, combining the Delphi method with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the relative importance of each indicator.Specific recommendations are made regarding aspects such as barrier-free facilities, exhibition design, service support, environmental comfort, and information accessibility. The results show that although most exhibition halls have implemented facilities in accordance with government regulations, some needs remain unmet, particularly in service quality and interactive facilities. This study serves as a reference for exhibition hall managers to optimize facilities and services, improving their accessibility and friendliness toward lower limb disabled persons.
