Lifelong learning is seen by additional people not only as a factor in their social development, reducing loneliness and improving cognitive function, but also as a key aspect of economic and economic development in the face of increasing labor shortages. Retraining and retraining of pensioners are the most relevant measures for their better inclusion in the modern labor market and compliance with the requirements of the post-industrial economy.
