Nanoformulation Of Vitamin D Derivatives and Metabolites
The goal of this research is to improve the bioavailability and therapeutic effectiveness of vitamin D derivatives and metabolites by creating nanoformulations that encapsulate them. We created nanoparticles with advantageous physicochemical characteristics, such as ideal particle size and encapsulation efficiency, by applying cutting-edge nanoengineering techniques. Under physiological conditions, sustained release profiles were found using in vitro release kinetics. Stability tests verified resilience to environmental influences, while cytotoxicity evaluations showed safety for pertinent cell lines. According to the results, tailored nanoformulations could be useful tactics for enhancing the distribution of vitamin D, treating deficiencies, and broadening the range of therapeutic uses.
