Research on fine management of building materials based on indicator analysis and AIoT technology

Material management is an important part of project cost control, only starting from the key material entry and exit acceptance can we effectively improve the management status of the project site and promote the lean management of construction enterprises. In order to solve the difficulties of material management in enterprises, under the background of "management" and "control" of materials on the spot, this article proposes a fine management method of building materials based on index analysis and AIOT technology. The actual material management results of a construction site are calculated and verified, and the results of material management under the traditional management mode are compared with the results after using the new technology management, The results show that the use of AI + IOT (AIoT) technology can avoid various irregularities in the process of material management, help managers and operators to reduce the burden and improve efficiency, and make material management more refined, standardized and intelligent, effectively reducing the total cost in the process of construction management.
