Determination of the suitability of igneous rocks of Uzbekistan for obtaining basalt melt

The suitability of a number of igneous rocks of Uzbekistan for obtaining basalt melt on their basis is assessed and ways of expanding the raw material base of building materials with rational use of non-traditional igneous raw materials are shown. The results of a comprehensive study of the chemical and mineral composition, physicochemical and technological properties of igneous rocks of different deposits of the Republic of Uzbekistan are presented. The physical characteristics of basalt melts obtained on the basis of the studied igneous rocks are determined.
