EXPERIMENTAL VERIFICATION OF THE PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS EFFECTIVENESS FOR THE FORMATION OF FUTURE OFFICERS’ MANAGERIAL COMPETENCE IN HIGHER MILITARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article describes the organization of a pedagogical experiment, which included three stages (declarative, formative, and control) and involved checking the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of future officers’ managerial competence. The results of the experiment confirmed their effectiveness and feasibility of introduction into the educational process of higher military educational institutions.
