Early Natural Menopause Associated Risk in Housewife

Background: A woman is said to be going through a natural menopause if she has had absence of menstruation for 12 months in a row without a clear cause, such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or the bilateral oophorectomy. Menopausal age, whether natural or surgical, is a critical element of the lifetime risks of these diseases. Early menopause is signifies as the menopause that happens in the age range of 40 and 45. Although ENM is frequently idiopathic, there are several genetic factors that contribute, including Xchromosomes and autoimmune connections. Early natural menopause is linked to a type 2 increased risk of cardiovascular (heart) depression, osteoporosis (weak bones), fractures, and all types of diabetes. Ascertaining the knowledge and awareness of the risks associated with an early natural menopause among housewives was the aim of this study. METHODS: This study is observational. was conducted on seventy individuals with early natural menopause or irregular menstruation in the population of housewives. The study was conducted using a questionnaire. The questionnaire comprised various components related to symptoms and risk of the ENM. Result: 70 participants who participated in the study, of the housewife with ENM population. They answered a questionnaire. 53 (75.7%) participants of the housewife women having 17 (23.2%) participants had a low-risk score on the questionnaire, while early natural menopause had a high-risk score.
