Elektroniczne systemy nadzoru bhp w pracach na wysokości

Electronic OHS supervision systems for work at heights Failure of employees and employers to comply with occupational health and safety regulations is the main cause of a large number of accidents in various industrial sectors where work is carried out at a height of more than 1 m above ambient level. For this reason, it is necessary to use additional safeguards such as electronic health and safety monitoring systems, the purpose of which is to increase employee safety. The most popular functions of these systems include: tracking the employee's location, including their presence in dangerous zones, monitoring their physical activity, checking the use and correctness of the completion of protective equipment, detecting the arrest of a fall or suspension of an employee in a safety harness, as well as monitoring other events that may threaten human life and safety. The article discusses the basic problems related to working at height, which require monitoring, and technical solutions used in electronic health and safety monitoring systems used to improve working conditions. The publication focuses on workstations in construction, where often the only possible protection is individual fall protection equipment. Keywords: work at height, electronic supervision systems, monitoring employee behavior
