Tendencies of Land Law Development
In the presented article, the author examines certain trends in the development of forestry legislation from the point of view of its understanding as a separate system. In recent years, forest legislation has acquired the features of administrative legislation, regulating mainly not issues of forest conservation, but rather the problems of state management of the forestry complex as a type of economic activity. The author finds this situation unsatisfactory from the point of view of the need to preserve the ecological potential of forests.
