Specially Protected Natural Reservations of Local Significance: The General Legal Characteristic and Categories
The article examines the legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on specially protected areas of local significance. Its general characteristics are given and the features of legal technology are noted. Based on an analysis of regional legislation, a list of categories of specially protected areas of local importance has been compiled.
