Use of Modern Technologies in Environment Protection: Some Legal Regulation Issues

The article discusses the current directions of application of various modern technologies in the field of environmental protection and issues of legal regulation of such technologies by the legislator. Due to the significant negative impact of economic activity of a number of industries on the environment, the task of developing legal regulation of new relations arising in the process of introducing modern technologies is revealed, to ensure the active creation and introduction of new technologies that help minimize environmental harm.
