Deposition of Works and Presumption of Authorship

The article analyzes the concept of authorship in modern intellectual property law, discusses the issues of depositing copyright objects for protection purposes. The authors analyze the norms of international law and judicial practice on the issues of deposition. An attempt was made to evaluate the documents of deposition along with other evidence in the absence of additional judgments regarding the legal nature of depositing.
