Production of large-format corundum refractories of increased density using vibration molding and co-sintering technology
Using vibration molding and co-sintering technology, it was possible to obtain a corundum refractory material with a dense structure, the values of open porosity and average density of which are comparable with the values characteristic of fused-cast refractories. To obtain a filler for concrete mass, a comparative analysis of aluminous raw materials, deflocculating additives and methods of molding filler for large-format corundum refractories of increased density was carried out. Optimal parameters of the filler production technology were determined. Ill. 8. Ref. 15. Tab. 4.
