Research of nematicidal and nematostatic activity of pesticide components

The article deals with the evaluation of nematicidal and nematostatic activity of preparations that are used to improve the effectiveness of agrochemicals by changing the surface tension. These substances are added to pesticide solutions. The study investigated the effect of different concentrations of the formulations. The screening of the formulations was carried out using the acetic eelgrass (Turbatrix aceti) as an example. The results of the experiment revealed the nematicidal effect of the preparation “Fert” in all dilutions. Surfactant “DASH” showed nematicidal effect at dilutions 1, 1\1, 1\10, and nematostatic efficiency at higher dilutions. No nematicidal effect was revealed in the study of “MD” preparation. Studies of the preparation “VRC” showed mortality only at higher concentrations (1 and 1/1). The preparation “KE” showed nematostatic activity at a dilution of 1\1000, at lower dilutions a nematicidal effect was observed. Keywords: NEMATICIDITY, NEMATOSTATICITY, TURBATRIX ACETI, PESTICIDES, HERBICIDES
