Substation Personnel Monitoring Based on YOLOX
Substation safety constitutes a vital aspect of electrical security, with monitoring of on-site personnel being of paramount importance. Due to the extensive jurisdiction over numerous substations within the province, manual verification suffers from inefficiencies and low coverage, thereby posing security risks. In response to these challenges, Anhui province has leveraged surveillance video footage within substations to implement intelligent personnel recognition. This initiative involves the development of a detection system based on the YOLOX model. Experimental results validate the superior performance of the YOLOX model compared to alternative approaches, underscoring its efficacy in enhancing substation safety through intelligent personnel recognition.
