Digital Land Management: The Core Concept and Its Practical Application

Each day the processes of digitalization penetrate deeper into the sector of land management causing profound transformation of the traditional methods used there. In this context the system of digital land management has all the grounds to be called well-established, and the present paper aims to analyse its features. Also, the examples of application of the home-developed digital technologies in land management were studied. Special attention was paid to the use of artificial intelligence in this sector. Moreover, the crucial importance of smart digitalization of land management for ensuring its further progressive development was stated.
