Anti-Drone Systems and Assessment of Their Launch Coverage
The swift progression of drone technology has permeated a multitude of industries, yet it concurrently engenders substantial security vulnerabilities. Thus, anti-drone systems that can detect and counter drones are needed in order to reduce the vulnerabilities. Given the aforementioned situation, this paper introduces the detection technology, countermeasures and evaluation method of anti-drone system. Then, this paper introduces four distinct propagation models for assessing the launch coverage of anti-drone systems and conducts a comparative analysis to elucidate the respective strengths and limitations of each model. Finally, we summarize the current methods utilized for assessing the launch coverage of anti-drone systems and their limitations in predictive accuracy, the expectation is to refine these methods to achieve more accurate and efficient assessment.
