A preliminary assessment was completed prior to the therapy sessions, followed by a follow-up one month after the termination of counselling. The findings demonstrated statistically significant disparities among participants. Marital adjustment and depression metrics across three temporal intervals. In particular, there existed significant favourable alterations between the original evaluation and both the post-test and subsequent assessment evaluations. Nonetheless, subsequent investigations used larger, more heterogeneous samples and control groups. Further validation of these findings is necessary, along with an exploration of other influencing factors and therapeutic results
