An invitation to some of K. R. Parthasarathy’s writings: Part I
Some of Parthasarathy’s results, in different fields, deserve further development. This paper selects a few of them and suggests some interesting problems that arise from them. The exposition is interspersed with historical comments which, even if limited to the topics selected in this paper, do not claim to be a complete historical reconstruction of the development of such a complex and rich scientific personality.
