Intranasal administration of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 extracted from stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth-conditioned medium improves neurological outcomes and alpha-synuclein elimination in Parkinson's disease mice
Intranasally administered yPD01 shows neuroprotective potential for mitigating neurodegenerative symptoms, particularly in PD. The results provide valuable insights into potential mechanisms underlying the neuroprotective effects of SHED-CM and their implications for future therapeutic interventions in PD and related conditions.
