Objectives: This paper examined the employability results of Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) graduates who specialized in Enhanced General Education from Pangasinan State University, Alaminos City Campus, from 2018 to 2020. Theoretical Framework: The study was guided by theories of employability and labor market dynamics, emphasizing the influence of educational credentials and skills acquisition on graduates' job prospects. Method: A descriptive survey methodology was utilized, including questionnaires disseminated via Google Forms and social media sites like Facebook and Messenger. It involves 207 graduate respondents as to their employment status, determinants affecting their employment, and job security. Results and Discussion: Based on results a proportion of the 2018 graduates (38.03%) had attained employment as private school teachers, or instructors, while 12.68% got permanent items in public schools. Likewise, the 2019 cohort indicated that 16.21% were hired as public-school educators, while 26.12% were engaged in private institutions under probationary status. Graduates of 2020, affected by the pandemic, secured positions as teachers/instructors, sales executives, call center representatives, administrative aides, and microfinance officers in the private sector under contractual agreements. Research Implications: Hence, it only proved from the results that there is a need for teachers especially in primary education as conduits or agents for ensuring inclusive and quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities, especially for the underprivileged and demarcated members of society. Thus, it fosters inclusive, sustainable economic growth and ensures decent work for all. Originality/Value: This research is unique since it focused on the implications for sustainable development goals for the Bachelor of Elementary Education.
