Psychological Peculiarities of Assessing Educational Activities of University

The aim of the study is to analyze and classify actual psychological peculiarities of assessing the educational activity of university. The research methods include: theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific sources, including dissertation studies; the generalization of the analyzed psychological, pedagogical and official materials, Web sources; the survey of scientific and pedagogical staff and university students on the problem under study; the participant observation of the activity of state and non-state private universities (1997–2024). The research results include: the differentiation of psychological peculiarities of assessing the educational activity of a university is possible with the application of three approaches: operational approach to the assessment of a university as an organization, procedural approach to the assessment of the educational activity of a university from the stance of the forming personality of a student as a future professional, technological approach to the evaluation of the educational activity of a university from the position of the psychology of the professional activity development of a higher education teacher. As conclusions specific indicators to assess the educational activity of a university based on the suggested approaches are offered.
