Abstract

The issue addressed in this article is particularly relevant in the current historical context due to the shortage of human resources within the preschool education system. The authors propose an organizational and managerial model for employing a network approach in the methodological support of preschool teachers. This model delineates strategies for executing this process, identifies key components for its management, and characterizes the pedagogical conditions essential for the successful implementation of the proposed model in modern preschool education settings. Through this framework, the article aims to contribute to the discourse on improving the quality of methodological support for preschool teachers, thereby addressing the pressing challenges faced by the sector.
