The article analyzes the current state of the processes of digitalization of economic systems, the prospects for digital competencies of personnel, the impact of digitalization processes on the concept of personnel management.The author determined that human resource management is designed to ensure the effective work and competitiveness of companies, however, in connection with the updating of the work process, there is a need for personnel with a certain set of competencies and skills.It has been established that in order to form an effective competence model of an employee, it is necessary to objectively evaluate forecasts that become trends in human resource management.
