The recording of incidents and the risk assessment derived from them serve as the basis for targeted prevention measures. Through successful cooperation between various internal departments in a safety working group and with the help of external partners, numerous protective measures have been implemented. The article further demonstrates the integration of these strategies into occupational health management. Measures and projects to strengthen mental health in the workplace are presented.
