High Open‐Circuit Voltage Wide‐Bandgap Perovskite Solar Cell with Interface Dipole Layer (Small 50/2024)
Perovskite Solar Cells n-type quinoxaline-phosphine oxide-based small molecules improve the performance of wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells through interfacial engineering. These molecules align energy levels, enhance charge transport, and reduce recombination with strong dipole effects, resulting in a high Voc of 1.31 V and a power conversion efficiency of 20.3%.
