Effective degradation of antibiotics using near-infrared excited nonlinear optical heterojunctions through atomic-level regulation

A series of g-C 3 N 4 :Tm@Ba 4 Yb 3 F 17 :Tm composite catalysts with infrared light response based on Tm single atoms were constructed for the degradation of antibiotics. The possible mechanisms are discussed by combining multiple characterization techniques.
