Application of independent computing nodes with three-valued logic for intermachine interaction of heterogeneous industrial automation devices in a single digital production ecosystem

A new approach to the implementation of executive programs for machine-to-machine interaction of heterogeneous industrial automation devices is considered, ensuring their functioning in a single digital production ecosystem. A method is proposed for translating of executive programs to heterogeneous industrial devices used in production, using independent computing nodes that asynchronously interact with each other and operate on three-valued logic. It is shown that nodes can be emulated or implemented physically and built into real devices, regardless of the type of these devices. A method of reducing of cyclic and hierarchically nested algorithms of machine-to-machine interaction of a group of devices to node networks is considered. An example of formation of a node network topology for controlling and monitoring of a pneumatic drive is given. Abstract

Keywords digital production ecosystem, industrial automation devices, Internet of Things devices, machine-to-machine interaction, three-valued logic, Setun’ computer, programmable logic controller, distributed algorithms, machine of states [email protected], [email protected]
