Multi-sensor-based intelligent monitoring system design for hazardous materials warehouse
Dangerous substances are extremely chemically unstable during storage, and their hazardous properties, such as being flammable, combustible, and corrosive, have stringent storage environment requirements. To strengthen the real-time monitoring of a dangerous goods warehouse, this paper employs IoT technology to design an intelligent monitoring system, selecting ZigBee tree topology to establish a wireless communication link, connect sensor devices, and complete the collection and transmission of monitoring data. In the meantime, the NB-IoT communication module connects to the IoT cloud platform to enable comprehensive remote control and data interaction with monitoring equipment. Through the design of an ethanol monitoring system, experimental cases demonstrate that the system satisfies the requirements for a hazardous materials warehouse monitoring system.
