Literature review of government regulation of online freight platform in China (2016-2022)
Over the past years, online freight platforms have become increasingly popular in the network industry, driven by the policy of the trial project of Non-Truck Operating Common Carrier(NTOCC) by the ministry of transport of the People's Republic of China. With the rapid development of online freight platforms, problems such as data counterfeiting, fraudulent invoicing and alleged monopoly have emerged one after another. By collecting Chinese and English journal papers from 2016-2022, this paper summarizes and analyzes relevant literatures from two perspectives, i.e., ''research on government regulation at different stages'' and ''research on government regulation with different objectives'', and points out the shortcomings of existing research. Finally, this paper envisioned the research directions and trends of the online freight platform regulation and summarized the interests and demands of the government, society, enterprises and practitioners.
