Simulation analysis of dynamic scheduling for uncertain task in automated container terminal
Aiming at the problem of charging scheduling in automated container terminals, a dynamic charging scheduling strategy is proposed based on the traditional AGV leave when fully charged strategy combined with a new type of horizontal transport vehicle named Unmanned Truck. The strategy is divided into three parts: vehicle rotation, push charging and pull charging. The vehicle rotation strategy divides the vehicles into working vehicles and non-working vehicles for partition management. When the power of the charging vehicle reaches the threshold, the Pull charging strategy will be activated to improve the robustness of the port to deal with unexpected tasks. Finally, the simulation software Anylogic is used to simulate and model the port transportation tasks under different charging scheduling strategies to verify the actual performance of the dynamic charging scheduling strategy.
