The ecological evolution of logistics industry clusters in two major cities along the Yellow River Basin
This paper examines the evolutionary process of logistics industry cluster development in the Yellow River Basin, using ecological population-related theory as a framework. By analyzing Lotka-Volterra competitive and symbiotic evolution patterns under the influence of stagnation, it is revealed that when competition between logistics industry clusters is moderate, their ecological evolution reaches a stable equilibrium. The spatial distribution of logistics industry clusters in the Yellow River Basin is characterized by distinct patterns, which are summarized along with the evolutionary process and development law. Based on these findings, an optimization scheme is proposed to promote the ecological and orderly evolution of logistics industry clusters in the Yellow River Basin. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamic of logistics industry cluster development and provides valuable insights for further research.
