COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF VALUATION ZONING WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF STATE CADASTRAL VALUATION

Within the framework of the State cadastral valuation procedure there is such a stage as valuation zoning. However, it is described very laconically in the regulatory and legal support. This encourages researchers to develop author's methodologies, and state budgetary institutions of the subjects of the Russian Federation to use their own concepts. This study identifies the main directions of author's methodologies, groups approaches to appraisal zoning within the framework of different subjects of the Russian Federation, and identifies the problems of such approaches.
