Ureteroduodenal Fistula From an Impacted Ureteral Stone

We report the case of a 65-year-old woman who presented with left-sided flank pain and was discovered to have a right ureteroduodenal fistula likely secondary to an impacted stone that eroded into the duodenum. We also discuss the management of this patient.
